I love to draw but rarely do it purely for the sake of drawing. I make illustrations when I have an idea to express. Perhaps my work as a designer has affected all areas of my creative work. Design is visual problem solving, not decoration. When I draw it needs to communicate something as a standalone piece, or be part of a film, which does the same.
These illustrations are from the films I have made over the years.
